Lexivio – Delete Account
How to request account and data deletion
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your Lexivio account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to support@splashofgames.com with the subject line "Lexivio – Delete My Account" and include:
- Your registered email address or username
- The reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
- Your account profile (email, username)
- All game progress and scores
- Any in-app purchase records associated with your account
- Personal preferences and settings
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- In-app purchases cannot be refunded upon deletion.
- Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement.
